Standard maweric

Inledning
Startar en denna journal för att få lite respons, peppning de gånger då det uppstår problem och kunna hålla koll på mig själv lite bättre.

Om mig
Ålder: 34
Kön: man
Längd: 182cm
Vikt idag: 74,2kg
Midjemått idag: 77,5cm

Slutade träna då jag var 25 år och gifte mig. Tränade 6 månader då jag var 27 och sen blev det stopp igen. Tänkte ofta att jag skulle ta tag i träningen igen. Hösten 2010 så fick frugan veta orsaken till sina hölsoproblem som hon haft från 18 års ålder. Hon hade tydligen nerver klämda i nacken och var tvungen att börja träna! Så i januari 2011 så hängde jag på till gymmet, och på den vägen är det!

Mål
Det huvudsakliga är att vara i bättre form och främst bli starkare än då jag var 25 år. Formen är iof redan bättre och styrkan är snart ikapp (har inte haft så lågt fett% som efter senaste deffen och det har gått grymt bra). Så det får bli nya mål snart. Och detta sker utan någon som helst testobooster.

Träningen
Tränar både på mitt hemmagym och på två olika gym i stan.
Just nu är det helkropps som gäller. (måndag, onsdag och fredag eller lördag)

Har både på måndag och tisdag stressat och ätit för lite, vilket påverkade återhämtningen väldigt mycket. Det syns tydligt på bänken där det gick betydligt sämre än vanligt.

Ja just, frugan tog även ett PB idag. 10x100kg i benpress. Önskar jag kunde ha varit där då! Dessutom så ställde hon sig vid hantlarna och körde på samma vikt som en kille i hantelcurl, alltid lika roligt när en tjej gör det.
