jag har ju själv experimenterat lite hit å dit å fram å tillbaka med greppvidden på frontisarna... upplevde det som bättre stabilitet med lite bredare grepp, men nu senaste passen har jag kört lite smalare...tror jag går tillbaka till bredare igen omgående för när jag tänker efter så har jag sen jag smalnade av greppet haft lite svårare att hålla uppe övre ryggen på fler än ett rep när jag kört "tyngre"... så, blir kul å testa bredare igen imorgon!

känns som jag alltid haft det på känn att lite lagom brett är bäst (sen har jag ju alltid velat hålla ungefär samma bredd i racket i fronten som jag håller vid en clean så) men trevligt att liksom få det lite mera bekräftat så kan jag huvudsakligen experimentera vidare med den lite bredare fattningen framöver och koncentrera mig på den...

Har en liten plan för böjandet framöver. Att köra "alla" varianterna samtidigt. Alla har ju sina fördelar och lättaste sättet att få in alla varianter är att bara köra dom cykliskt. Ryckböj, bakböj och framböj, repeat. Det tog ett tag att komma på den luriga lösningen...

Ska överväga det där. Saken är ju bara den att jag kan inte missa några lyft om jag kör inne. Får ta mig i kragen och gå utomhus eller gå till ett gym som har klot. Men jag kör mer eller mindre dagligen en liten rutin.

Brukar bli några vändningar också.
