Ja det var väldigt trevligt och ska göras igen.

Gick nog på lite hårt med böjen efter semestern. Men promenader och assisterad stretch har hjälp fint.

Annorlunda känns det. Jag måste hålla falskt grepp för att fixa det.
Den krångligaste och yngsta biten är övergången som måste tajmad rätt bra för att det ska funka. Och så är den biten rätt stygg emot skuldrorna.

Så det är ju tungt som en chins till bröstet med en krånglig övergång till att pressa sig upp. Och jag har aldrig fixat det snyggt på stång utan bara i ringar.

Det börjar dra ihop sig till DM så det börjar bli dags att kunna lyfta lite igen. Handleden känns bättre men inte helt bra. Känns som det har med någon stelhet i bröst och skuldra att göra.

Blev lite böj med jag väntade på trapbaren. Känns rätt bra men har ju inte samma topp som förr.
