Styrkevändningarna gick ju fint. Övrigt i passet var styrkan dålig. Men fick jobbat igenom det jag tänkt bra.

Det som jag kör mest är nog hantelrodd och sälrodd.
Stångrodd har jag en svår relation till. Ibland känns det kul att köra. Men för det mesta avigt och klumpigt. Eller klent. Men kanske är lite petigare med utförande än andra. Lite svår att få in i programmet vissa gånger också. Kräver ju en fräsch kropp för att kunna prestera då hela baksidan tar mycket stryk.

Sälrodd hade jag gjort oftare om jag bara kunde. Kan endast göra den hemma. Gillar den. Man belastar ju inte ländryggen som i många andra övningar. Jag tror min stångrodd börjar ta sig. Eller så gör jag bara tok fel

Det beror ju lite på hur aktiv jag är med tyngdlyftningen. Då tror jag att jag vill hålla igen på stångrodden.

Det är bara jag som är kass på allt som involverar ländryggen.
