lek lite med det dära så kan du reppa 1an å 2an (hade du en 2a?) och sen när du börjat tycka det är lätt så kör du TNS (table NO set) på #1 som träning osv osv osv, enkelt men värt sätt å köra grippers på, då får du med ytterlägena på ett användbart vis (TNS) samt överlasta en bit in i rörelsen (sättnings-setten) med de set du kör tyngre gripper som du sätter i handen.

Ska ta och ta mig i kragen och jobba på greppandet. Har bara en 0,5 och 1. Ska fixa en 2 också.

Tanken var att köra ett tyngre pass på onsdag för att kolla formen men kände under uppvärmningen att formen var bra idag så lika bra att ta det idag istället.
