Vi tar och jagar 50kg när vi grejat 45kg! Roligare att få lite saker att klara av på vägen dit.

Haha Sant om pistolerna där. Borde kanske ta och prova med lite vikt i handen där och se vad som händer. Det är ju en bra och rolig övning och ibland är det ju roligare att lägga till vikt än repetitioner.

När man väl satt kroppsvikten i pressen så vill man ju gärna ligga kvar på den nivån. Halva kroppsvikten i enhandspress skulle ju sitta fint också...

När målen är i hamn då är jag stark nog för att känna mig... Stark?
I alla fall stark nog för att vara långt ifrån klen på gymmet och på klubben.
Ja, fin inställning till målen tycker jag och vettigt och sant!!!

håller även med om det med viktade pistoler, kul övning och nåt att jobba på för min del i alla fall!

jofan, kroppsvikten i press är grymt, har man den styrkan är man stark överallt... ännu mer så nästan med 50% KV i enhandspress (stående då och strikt såklart)

grymt me HSPU'sen för övrigt då!!!!!! kommer bli bra detta!!!

Ja, jag inser att jag satt lite väl höga mål vissa gånger och vet vad det gör. Det gör att man blir besviken.

Det är ju svårt att fuska upp något över huvudet för allt måste vara med hela vägen. Speciellt om man ska göra det med en hand.

Tack så mycket! Det rullar på lite nu.

Tanken är att hålla igen lite istället för att köra rätt in i kaklet som brukar bli lika många steg bakåt som framåt. Tänkte att om jag håller igen lite så kanske det bara inte blir så.

Blev ett riktigt snabbpass. Gick väldigt fort att ta sig igenom. Pulsen fick typ aldrig landa, så höll på att kväva mig själv när jag skulle dricka vatten.

Lite halvtungt men stabilt. Hopp om 40kg känns rätt bra här. Bra som i tungt och stort hopp.
