Glömde även av att jag körde två set på 40kg i stångcurl också, femmor innan bencurlen.
Ja det var ett nice pass, kändes skönt att det känns som det händer saker i knäböjen och att man får känna sig lite helare. Det gav ju lite hopp om att komma igång med pressandet och handståendet igen.

Ja aldrig fel att bada lite.

Lite mål att jobba mot i år då:
2x kroppsvikt i knäböjen, borde bli 175kg så där.
+50% av kroppsvikt i pull-ups, 45kg för att vara på den säkra sidan och det låter bättre med 45 än 42,5.
Kroppsvikt i press igen, 90kg för få det jämnt och bra.
Handsående armhävningar, 10 st borde sitta när jag hållit igång dom lite.
Sen så att fixa till obalanser i höger/vänster sida, jobba lite på konditionen, springa midnattsloppet. Och till sist ha kul och ha distans och balans till det hela.

tror ja sätter samma mål som dig i chinsen då, +45kg it is! blir roligare så då! vet ju inte riktigt vad min kroppsvikt är, men, oavsett så äre roligare å ha en fin siffra å jaga, visst, +50kg vore ju ännu roligare, men, nu satte du +45 så då tycker jag de e kul å ha samma (även om det på sätt å vis blir lättare för mig som troligen ligger lägre i KV än dig... )

2xKV i böjen... äsch de gör ja ju när som helst, jag menar ja tar ju hela min kroppsvikt på ena benet i pistolböjjarna

finfint med KV i pressen, det känns som att när du har dom mål du har satt upp så har du nån slags "optimal" styrka i det mesta!!! fast såklart vill du ju vidare efter det men, ptja, du fattar, tycker de e en skön radda mål som alla kompletterar varandra å kroppen bra!

Vi tar och jagar 50kg när vi grejat 45kg! Roligare att få lite saker att klara av på vägen dit.

Haha Sant om pistolerna där. Borde kanske ta och prova med lite vikt i handen där och se vad som händer. Det är ju en bra och rolig övning och ibland är det ju roligare att lägga till vikt än repetitioner.

När man väl satt kroppsvikten i pressen så vill man ju gärna ligga kvar på den nivån. Halva kroppsvikten i enhandspress skulle ju sitta fint också...

När målen är i hamn då är jag stark nog för att känna mig... Stark?
I alla fall stark nog för att vara långt ifrån klen på gymmet och på klubben.

Dom där handstående armhävningarna är nog snart avklarade.
Testade precis lite och 9 st var ju inte något större problem. Lite värre på rep 10...
