Tumlås istället för remmar på sista. Kom på att man kan ju sätta ner lite bättre på klubben.

Kände lite lätt på det och det funkade okej. Att sitta verkar spänna lite mer. Men gött att känna lite på rörelsen i alla fall. Och skönt att inte ha något viktego.

Ja dubbla 32or kändes en hel del. Det är helt stört hur mycket tyngre en kettlebell är än vikten som står på den.
