Jojo I wish Långt ifrån hård. Har lätt 3 kg kvar.

Tränade rygg igår med Ludde.
Alltså inget pass jag kommer ihåg några vikter eller reps ifrån.

Ska försöka struktera passen lite mer är det tänkt, vill gärna ha koll på ökningarna.

Sålänge det finns fett under naveln så kan man deffa

Gårdagens vikt: 75,2 (-0,9)

Skulle tränat bröst igår, men vänster axel smärtade vid första uppvärmningsset. Blev lite fjollande med vikter (lätt böj och sumomark) följt av 20 minuter på löpbandet istället.
