Knäböj bak.

Lite lite tungt när hela kroppen hade träningsvärk. Men det gick.

Knäböj fram.

Inte så bekvämt att ha stången rackad.

OAC träning.
Körde en per arm assisterad med gummiband i andra handen. Finns lite koordination att jobba på.
